We will be offering a pre-festival Business Ideation Workshop for Indigenous Northern Creatives, on Sat 6th- Sun 7th, July 2024. And a panel discussion for all to attend during the festival.

The Great Northern Arts Festival is a free admission event, with the opportunity to take part in paid workshops, events and galleries throughout the festival!

ARTISTS
The Great Northern Arts Festival is an artist residency, gallery exhibition, professional development, teaching, learning, and sales opportunity rolled into one. Sponsorship is available for your travel, accommodations and meals. And yes, you’ll make a whole bunch of new friends for life.
As a Great Northern Arts Festival artist, you’ll create new work, network, see your art displayed, and sold in our exhibition gallery. You’ll gain experience teaching workshops to the public in your discipline. And you’ll be eligible to learn and develop entirely new skills by taking workshops with other artists of your choice.
